Another solid order from Jardin Tropic. I got a 'citronnier des quatre saisons' this time, and like my previous 'Musa Basjoo' order, it arrived in perfect condition. It came two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a nice surprise.

I purchased a kumquat tree and some special citrus soil. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found what I wanted easily. The plant arrived in about six days, and I was quite impressed with the packaging. The tree was secured well in its pot, and the soil was contained so nothing spilled during transit. It looked very healthy with glossy leaves, no yellowing or stress. I even contacted their support with a question about watering after it arrived, and they replied within a day with helpful advice. The soil seems to be good quality too. My only minor comment would be that the product description could mention specific pot size for the citrus trees more clearly, but it was generally accurate. It's thriving now on my patio.

I ordered a Trachycarpus fortunei and it arrived well-packaged and healthy, which was great. The plant itself looks robust and was a good size for the price. However, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, about 8 days, and the tracking information wasn't updated very often. It wasn't a huge deal but I was a little anxious waiting. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, which was a plus. Overall, I'm happy with the plant, just wish shipping was a bit faster.
